Your skip is typically collected after the agreed hire period, which is usually 14 days. If your skip was removed earlier, it might be due to permit issues or an expired hire period. Please contact us if you need further clarification.

Charges may apply if you require an extended hire period.

Your waste will be taken to a licensed recycling facility near Huddersfield, where we aim to recycle as much as possible. We ensure compliance with local waste disposal regulations to reduce environmental impact.

Unfortunately, mattresses cannot be disposed of in regular skips due to special disposal requirements. If you need to dispose of a mattress, please let us know, and we can arrange a separate collection.

Skips should not be overloaded. Ensure the waste is level with the top of the skip and does not exceed the sides. Overloading may prevent us from collecting it and could incur additional charges.

Plasterboard cannot be disposed of in regular skips. If you need to get rid of plasterboard, please inform us during booking, and we'll arrange for its collection separately to meet environmental and legal standards.

It’s not necessary to be present during delivery or collection, unless you have specific instructions regarding the placement of the skip. Please ensure the area is clear for our team to safely deliver or collect it.

To maximize space and ensure safety, load heavier items at the bottom and bulkier, lighter items on top. This ensures the skip fills evenly and prevents overloading.

If you have any special requests such as specific delivery times or access instructions, please mention them when placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

If you need to change your delivery date, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We will try to accommodate your request, though availability may vary, and additional charges may apply.
